By the way, I’ve lost another 3 lbs this week. Which brings the grand total to 35 lbs lost in two months and a week. Talk about the best diet in the world….

I asked you if you were going to continue with your Oprah link. We also had a meeting re me taking a creative writing course and how this inpacted on your journey. My journey led me into Probation social work and front line child care social work before I retired.

Hey Barbara, I found the topic you were talking about, I’ll leave a message for you on the Atkins forum. Thanks for your encouragement and support, it means a lot to me.
Barbara, I have left that site only temporarily, I have some wonderful friends there that I still remain in contact with. We started a private message board there dedicated to ” The Secret ” and the LOA. It grew into something much more personal, and I love the people that I made friends with there. They changed my life.
One of the things I learned about the LOA is that you have to have focus when following your dreams. Regrettably, I had to leave that site and focus on my son and family. I am now focused on my health, and my dreams of becoming a writer. My friends there understand this, and I hope to one day return and once again share in their collective wisdom.
I’m surprised you found me there, I didn’t know my post were still in the archives. There must be a lot of them. I was on there for two years posting away.
I’m glad that my words on that forum were able to inspire you in some small way.
Thank you for asking about this, you brought back a lot of fond memories for me.

Now I know why you did not respond to my question the other day on the Atkins web site. Keep up the good work.
My journey has taken many twists and turns allowing me to enjoy living in Scotland, Australia and England. My next adventure includes my Atkins journey. I will be following your journey also.
